Thanks to @vicodin_ZF and andrzej for the bug reporting.
This bug may be caused by the conversion from ANSI to UTF-8 process generating empty space around <?php ?>. So now I have replace the UTF-8 version of php code with the original ANSI one. As andrzej tested, the warning “Cannot modify header information” is eliminated.
Get the new version from WordPress.org.
Other than that, there is no code changes. So if the plugin is working fine in your site. You may just ignore the upgrade.
